Elizabeth O’Connor Cole is dedicated to achieving optimal well-being for the whole self in midlife. Cole focuses on a growth mindset to achieve balance and improve quality of life in simple, fun, and accessible ways! Before beginning her wellness journey at age 40, she graduated cum laude from Georgetown University, followed by a year of service teaching in Chicago’s underserved communities with the Big Shoulders Fund and three years as a legislative lobbyist in Washington D.C.. Cole earned an MBA in Marketing at The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. From there, she joined The Chicago Tribune for almost a decade before leaving corporate America to satiate her curiosity for the best wellness information and tools by traveling around the globe to study ancient and holistic practices. In 2015, Cole founded Salveo Lifestyle. Elizabeth is a certified yoga instructor and lives in Chicago with her husband, Michael, and their four children, two dogs, and a cat.

Salveo Lifestyle was founded in 2015 with the core belief that nothing in life is fixed, including the well-being of our whole self; therefore, every person can grow intellectually, emotionally, physically, and spiritually through practice, experience, and an encouraging community.
