I work with individuals, just like me, in midlife who are interested in learning about new ways to view, experience, and improve upon their whole selves. Despite popular belief, age does not have to be an obstacle to achieving optimum well-being.

In our private session, we will assess the four main areas of your whole being that may need attention.
Once we name the items you view as barriers, we will discuss a tailored integrated well-being approach to turn those obstacles into achievements and help you thrive! You will receive a detailed plan to allow your mood to follow with an action! Your personal toolbox will include; daily check-ins, small lifestyle suggestions that will evolve into habits, suggested reading/podcasts, and referrals to help you tend to your garden (a.k.a. the well-being of your whole self), and together we will grow!
After our initial session, we can continue to meet as often as you would like to discuss any and every element you’re looking to improve upon in your wellness journey.
