ELIZABETH O’CONNOR COLE, FOUNDER OF SALVEO LIFESTYLE

Elizabeth O’Connor Cole is the Founder of Salveo Lifestyle, a wellbeing platform designed to support women through midlife with education that is practical, credible, and grounded in real life.

A Georgetown graduate and Kellogg MBA, Elizabeth brings experience in education, public policy, and executive leadership to her work, shaping a clear, research-informed and empathetic approach to wellness education.

Based between Chicago, Miami, and Washington, D.C., Elizabeth designs and leads Salveo’s luxury retreats, online symposia, and educational programming. She personally teaches and guides women through core wellbeing topics including the Salveo Six Pillars of Wellbeing, midlife health priorities, nervous system regulation, habit formation, and sustainable lifestyle change. For specialized areas, she thoughtfully curates and hosts leading experts in their respective fields to provide depth, rigor, and clinical perspective.

Recent Salveo experiences include retreats in Miami, Palm Beach, and Lake Geneva, luxury journeys to destinations such as Bhutan, Peru, Iceland, Rwanda, Lanai, and the Dolomites, and educational sessions on topics including menopause, alcohol-free living, red light and infrared therapy, microplastics and health, sexual health at midlife, and emerging wellness technologies.

Her work reflects a balance of leadership and discernment, offering women both trusted guidance and access to best-in-class experts to support informed, confident choices in midlife.
